Our Method—The Lagree Method

At 513 Lagree, we aren’t a Pilates studio in Cincinnati—we are a Lagree studio that we know you will fall in love with after your first workout. The method’s high intensity, low impact qualities combine cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility to focus on the slow twitch muscle fibers, which in turn delivers rapid results.

Challenging and rewarding workout every time! Plenty of direction is given if you are new to lagree. Staff is friendly and upbeat and made me feel welcome as I am new to the area. Each class has been different and challenging, but the coaches explain modifications for all levels. Studio is clean and motivating!!!

I was not a group exercise class person before finding Lagree - I couldn't find something that felt motivating, and that I wouldn't get bored of. I have seen so much improvement in my strength (especially core strength!) since I joined Lagree.
