GENERAL POLICIES: 

New Client Specials Apply Only to New Clients and One Per Client. 

 Instructors and Classes are subject to change without notice. Please Verify Current Schedule.   

A Valid Credit Card must be on file at all times.   

Auto-Pay Memberships will renew at the end of each month. 

A 30 Day notice is required to cancel any Auto-Pay Memberships 

A 30 Day notice is required to cancel any 6 Month Contract.  

Monthly Memberships begin on the date of purchase.

MEMBERSHIP & CLASS PACK GUIDELINES 

One per client.      

Must have valid credit card on file.    

3 Month Contracts will automatically renew at end of contract period, unless cancelled 30 days prior to end date.      

Monthly Memberships are automatically renewed unless cancelled 10 days prior to end date.    

Class Packages must be used within time frame stated at the time of purchase.  No Roll-Overs.    Unlimited Six Month & Annual Packages are a one time payment that renews bi-annually and annually respectively.  

Please read our cancellation policy to understand our terms & conditions. Clients must cancel scheduled class at least 8 hours prior to class time. This applies to all class packages.  This must be done ONLINE through MindBody.  Do not call the studio.      Monthly Membership Holders:  A $20 fee applies to all late cancel and $25 fee for all no-show classes and will be charged to the credit card on file.      "Single Class"  Holders:  Late Cancellation or No Show will Forfeit Class.    

*Auto-Pay Memberships Requires 30 Day Cancellation Notice.     *A 6 Month Contract Required a 30 Day Cancellation Notice.     513 Lagree reserves the right to cancel classes and programs for any reason, including insufficient registration or attendance and inclement weather conditions.    

 Under our terms & conditions, if a spot opens up in a once fully booked desired class, you will be automatically added to requested class and sent a confirmation email or text.   DO NOT RELY ON EMAIL  NOTIFICATION, as it may be pushed to SPAM/JUNK files.  Be sure to log in and verify your schedule.   This insures that you are not scheduled into a class you no longer desire or can attend.   Cancellation Policy does apply to waitlisted reservations and  Late Cancellation/No Show fees will be charged to your credit card on file.    If you have any questions regarding our wait list policy, please contact us.  

Going on vacation, business trip, family in town, leaving the country?  Put your account on hold! Have more questions on our policy for membership account holds, just contact us and we will be happy to explain.  Monthly Memberships can be put on hold for a $25 fee.    Email the studio at info@513lagree.com to put your account on hold. Please provide exact dates, name on account and best contact information and  we will make the proper adjustments to your account and we will be sure to reply with confirmation.   All Monthly Membership Holders are eligible for "Hold Time" and will be charged $25 per month until Membership is reinstated.   Six Month and Annual Memberships are eligible for a one time "Hold Time" up to One Month per Membership Period.   The client is responsible for cancelling all classes that were previously scheduled during your "Hold Time", in order to avoid late cancellation and no-show charges.
